Like all of us, my journey has had it's fair share of peaks and valleys.
There are many positive events taking place which have added to the acceptance and dignity our community enjoys today.
Unfortunately, events also take place which threaten and erode the progress for which a high price continues to be paid.
My writings and opinions are from my personal perspective and are not intended to stir debate, although I do believe there are
certain 'absolutes' in life. However, each of us evolves and changes with the passage of time.
I have actually been known to be wrong a few times. Hard to believe, I know.
If you are not versed on the subject of transgendered issues, I hope you will also maintain an open mind.
Irrespective of our place on the gender spectrum, each of us is simply seeking fulfillment and happiness.
One of us could be your neighbor, friend, coworker or family member.
